Whimsical Lavender
Enchanted Beginnings: Your Fairycore Wedding Journey
We had the honor of participating in Karla Eifler's Annual Styled Photo Shoot in Naples, Florida, joining from the very start of brainstorming ideas. Karla's ability to visualize concepts made collaboration a joy, and our role was to transform her vision into a tangible masterpiece. The result was impeccable, bringing together over twenty talented "friendors" to create something beyond words.
Our process for a Timeless Impress mood board begins with research. I typically meet with the couple for an informal chat, asking questions about their likes—from architecture and fashion to colors, food, and travel preferences. Every detail counts. Armed with this insight, I dive into the drawing board, researching images that truly represent them. This forms "une aide visuelle," immersing them in what their wedding will look and feel like. Colors, textures, fonts, and styles all come together to tell their story through stationery, setting the tone for their celebration.
Inspired by the romance of lavender tones and off-whites, elegantly blended in both matte and shimmery textures, and accented with hints of gold, Gabrielle and Zachary's fairy tale unfolds. Every element, meticulously crafted with intricate layers, mirrors the meticulous attention to detail destined for their ceremony. The bespoke leaf pattern, intricately designed to reflect nuances from Gabrielle's wedding gown, the floral arrangements, and the enchanting venue, adds depth and texture, ensuring a celebration as unique as their love story.
For Whimsical Lavender, we played with pastel violets, off-whites, and touches of gold to craft Gabrielle and Zachary's fairy tale. The intricate layered design reflected the ceremony's attention to detail. Custom-designed leaf patterns, inspired by the bridal gown, florals, and venue, added depth and texture. The envelope liner mirrored the Champagne cart backdrop, transporting guests to a world of romanticism—a real-life fairy tale.
Every piece of stationery was custom-designed and hand-crafted for consistency and detail. A small butterfly on a leaf echoed the balloon installation, while three-dimensional off-white flowers mirrored the real decor, adding form without color. The pink groom’s suit subtly influenced the graphic pieces, with tonal layers enhancing the design without overwhelming it.
Instead of menus, we placed Thank-You cards on guests' seats, topped with unique hand-painted tiles that doubled as souvenirs and place cards. These cards mirrored the invitation, maintaining the theme throughout.
Our bespoke paper goods are crafted to represent each couple's unique journey. From the invitation's arrival to the wedding day, it's the details that make each piece special, and we pride ourselves on capturing them.
