Tropical Chic

From Paper to Celebration

Custom Wedding Stationery for an Intimate Tropical Chic Celebration in Naples, Florida

The Vision

Some celebrations are shaped by color, symbolism, and a deeply personal sense of joy.

For Surelys and Alfred, their intimate wedding at Shangri-La Springs in Naples, Florida, was designed as a vibrant reflection of their story. The couple was drawn to a Tropical Chic atmosphere that felt lively, meaningful, and full of warmth. Inspired by the flowers and fruits Surelys selected for their symbolism, the visual language of the celebration unfolded through color, movement, and layered detail.

What emerged was a stationery story rooted in emotion and shaped to carry the spirit of the celebration from its first impression to its final flourish.

The Invitation Suite

The invitation suite introduced the tone of the celebration with clarity and color.

Designed to echo the florals and vibrant palette that would later appear throughout the event, the suite established a visual identity that felt joyful, expressive, and cohesive. Each piece was created to reflect the couple’s vision while offering guests an early sense of the atmosphere to come.

More than an introduction, the suite became the aesthetic foundation for the celebration as a whole.

The Celebration Unfolds

As the day came to life, the paper language continued to guide the experience.

From the invitation suite to the day-of details, every piece was designed to remain in conversation with the event’s tropical setting and symbolic visual cues. Florals, color, and styling moved together with intention, creating a celebration that felt unified rather than assembled.

The result was an atmosphere where stationery did not simply accompany the event. It helped shape how the celebration was seen, felt, and remembered.

On Collaboration & Gratitude

Projects like this become especially meaningful when vision and trust are shared.

Working closely from the couple’s story and aesthetic direction made it possible to create paper goods that felt deeply aligned with the celebration itself. From planning and florals to fashion, photography, and paper design, each contribution helped support a wedding that felt both personal and visually distinct.

What made this project especially memorable was witnessing how a meaningful idea, translated with care, could become a tangible and joyful experience.
