Three Days of Elegance and Meaning

The Vision

When Katie and Sachin reached out, it was clear from the beginning that their celebration would blend elegance, intention, and emotional depth. Their dream was to design an experience that felt elevated and unforgettable, something that would delight their guests long before arriving in Naples.

Together, we crafted a wedding capsule: a curated sequence of beautifully designed moments unfolding over time. From the initial Save The Date to the ceremony weekend, each touchpoint became a chapter of their story, intertwined with meaning, artistry, and connection.

The Save The Date Ensemble

The capsule began with a Save The Date ensemble designed to introduce the look and feel of the celebration. Katie and Sachin wanted to share a photo of themselves, a heartfelt gesture for loved ones and friends who had not yet seen them together in a more formal way.

Our goal was to elevate the beautil photograph from Sarah Roshan into a keepsake rather than a simple print. The final piece featured their picture on premium photo paper, mounted on a custom mat and nestled beneath vellum for a soft, timeless reveal. Embossed details and their sophisticated palette of champagne, pure white, soft blush and deep navy introduced the understated luxury that would define the entire capsule.

The Invitation Suite

The invitation suite expanded the story with refined materials, tactile layers, and intentional design. Each element: the mounted invitation, custom liner, RSVP card, folded details card, monogram belly band, and pearl-finish envelope; created a cohesive sensory experience.

Every detail was curated to reflect their personality and the elevated atmosphere of their celebration, while maintaining continuity with the ensemble that came before it.

The Guest Experience Capsule

Katie and Sachin envisioned a welcoming experience that honored their guests’ presence from the moment they arrived in Naples.

Together, we curated elegant welcome bags featuring:

A coastal-inspired luxury raffia tote
Artisan chocolates
A custom hot chocolate duo with a personal story
Macarons curated from artisan Cidgen Thankhoffer for Crocus Kek
Mini sparkling chanmpagne bottles
A light shawl for breezy evenings
A handwritten Thank-You card
Bespoke tags for every item, each one telling a small story

This capsule became the first tactile chapter of the weekend, a meaningful and elevated gesture delivered with warmth and intention.

The Day-Of Capsule

The final chapter brought everything full circle through refined day-of details:

Personalized signage
Bespoke table numbers
Guest escort pieces and custom place cards

Every element tied seamlessly into the capsule’s visual identity: the color palette, the embossing, the typography, and the monogram; creating a cohesive experience from start to finish.

The Wedding Website

To support a smooth guest experience, we created a streamlined, easy-to-navigate website that gathered every detail in one place.

Accessible through a custom domain and QR code introduced in the invitation suite, the website became the living extension of the capsule, updated regularly, even through the weekend of the celebration, to ensure guests had the most accurate and timely information.

On Collaboration & Gratitude

Meaningful celebrations are rarely the work of one person, they are built on trust, collaboration, and shared vision.

Working alongside Karla Eifler of Event Studio K was an essential part of this journey. She connected me with Katie and Sachin, invited me into this extraordinary project, and trusted my creative direction from day one. I’m grateful for the partnership we’ve built, the kind that elevates every project and makes every detail stronger.

I also had the joy of collaborating with exceptional professionals such as photographer Sarah Roshan, artist Cigdem Thanhoffer from Crocus Kek, and all other talented local artisans and pros, each contributing their craft to bring the weekend to life.

One of the most meaningful moments for me came during Sachin’s wedding speech, when he thanked me by name. It’s something I’ll hold close to my heart, a testament to the relationship we built and the trust they placed in my work.

As a bespoke creative, I form connections with the couples I design for. I see them as collaborators who invite me into their story and trust me to translate their vision into something tangible, heartfelt, and beautiful.

This capsule was the perfect example of that bond: thoughtful, intentional, and created with love.
